Round Table in the Children’s TB Sanatorium

Problems of pediatric tuberculosis and its prevention were discussed at the Round Table, held in the children's TB sanatorium named after MN Favorskaya during the stay of the EB Fund team in the Krasnoborsky district. Specialists of TB cabinets, guardianship and custody departments of Kotlas, Velsk and Krasnoborsky districts participated in its work.

The questions of the TB specialists' work in the outbreaks of TB infection (Order of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation No. 951 as of 29.12.2014), the problems of TB prevention in children in the districts, the algorithm for the application of directive documents for the protection of the Rights of the Child from the outbreaks of TB infection were discussed at the Round Table. Doctors of the Sanatorium L.Yu. Oya and G.I. Babikov acquainted the participants with the conditions of stay in the sanatorium, modern methods of the treatment and patients rehabilitation
